It was an excellent and fairly clean hotel, exactly as described. the staff was efficient and the location was absolutely perfect, close to Robinsons Place department store. - the breakfast had a great selection of outstanding food and drinks. - the property was not far from the Philippines and Manila Ocean Park. - I enjoyed the nice dainties at Starbucks located right at the hotel.

We had an excellent stay for 2 nights.

Our a twin room was equipped with the bedroom and colder temperature, as for instance. There were an electric kettle and a refrigerator, really enjoyed it. Location: the hotel was not far from shopping mall around the corner, a taxi to the airport after checking out, and all the Rothman.

The hotel is clean, newly remodelled and has good location to other tourist destinations in Manila.

Great stay for our romantic escape! The staff were helpful and made us feel welcomed throughout our entire stay. The room was clean and had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed and a bathtub for soaking after a long day of exploring. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the shopping mall and other key attractions. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel restaurant.

The breakfast could have been better, with limited options to choose from. we had to pay for internet access and the signal was not strong in our room.

Let me check in at 0600, which was great because my flight arrived at mnl at 0400.

The street scene is semi-dangerous, lots of street people and being asked to buy watches/cialas/coins, etc. gets annoying after the first 50 times.

Good location, very clean rooms, excellent air conditioning, wonderful and friendly staff, nice restaurant with good food, for the price this hotel is an exceptional value me and my wife both enjoyed our stay there.

What me and my wife liked most about this hotel was the value for the money spent and the nice clean rooms and very friendly staff. I would not hesitate to stay here again and tell others about this hotel to others just a few blocks walking to almost anything you could need or wan to see. This was an exceptional bag for the buck.

Expensive internet, location is in the middle of the 'naughty bars'.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is right next to a big shopping mall and Manila Bay and on a walking distance of a lot of sights. Definitely value for money!

There is no free wi-fi. To use the hotel wi-fi you have to pay (way too much) money. But this is the only 'dislike' I can come up with....

This place has a great central location near Malate District, and it's also convenient if you have a flight later on, with newly renovated spacious rooms that have cozy lighting.

Location is good. 25-30 mins in traffic from airport. 200 metres from Robinson Mall.

The 60 storey building site right outside our window. Windows need to be double glazed. Aircon unit that sounds like its taking off.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with Robertsons Mall around the corner and all the bars and restaurants just minutes away. The stuff and service was just ok though, and the old fridge in my room was definitely out of place. It's practical and convenient to have a medium- sized fridge in the room, but the one I've got was quite old and not very nice looking.

This hotel was a great choice for my Christmas vacation. the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and friendly staff. the location was perfect, close to everything that I needed. I really enjoyed the fact that I could choose when my bedding gets changed to conserve water and the large flat-screen TV was a bonus.

The wifi was not free which was a bit inconvenient. the restaurant was a bit pricey compared to the other options nearby.

Staff, especially the housekeeping staff, are really nice and hospitable. The rooms are equipped with the necessary facilities such as Cable TV (which my kids loved!), hot and cold water in the Bathroom, etc. I also liked its location. it's near a big Mall.

it's rooms, although spacious, lacks lighting. it's a bit dim for my taste.

it was good location,more quait,not far from shopping centre,(Robenson)more likely convient for the transportation,the service was good but not really excellent, i thought was good for the value of money.the staffs are friendly..and thats it.

my only compaint was the key card that , we have to activated everyday is kind of anoying coz,sometimes i had my shopping on my hands in up to the 6th floor and i had to go down to the ground floor again and activate the key cards,may be good if already activated till the time we stayed,same other hotel.
